A leak rarely stays the size it started. We track down the source, whether it is a supply line under a sink, a failed shut-off valve, a pinhole in copper or a fitting inside a wall, repair it properly and test it before we call the job done.
Older homes in Edmond and Oklahoma City can still have galvanized steel water lines that rust shut from the inside, and some have piping that has simply reached the end of its life. We replace bad sections, and when patching no longer makes sense we will say so and lay out what a repipe involves.
When an arctic front drops central Oklahoma into the single digits, pipes in exterior walls, attics and garages are the first to split, and many do not show themselves until the thaw. We repair the break, then look at why that run froze so it is less likely to happen again.

New fixtures only look good if what is behind them is right. Customers have brought us in to update every fixture in a bathroom, and when the original work turned out to have corners cut, we corrected it before the new hardware went on. That is what standing behind the work looks like.
A toilet that runs can waste hundreds of gallons a day, and one that rocks is usually leaking where you cannot see it. We rebuild tank parts, reset toilets on new seals, repair flanges and install new toilets.
Updating a kitchen or bath usually means moving a drain, adding a supply or replacing valves that have not been touched in decades. We handle the plumbing side so the finished room works as well as it looks.

Hard water is tough on water heaters in this part of Oklahoma. We repair what is worth repairing, replace tanks that are leaking or worn out, and set up the new one correctly, with the valves, venting and connections it is supposed to have.
Edmond draws its water from Arcadia Lake, wells in the Garber-Wellington aquifer and water purchased from Oklahoma City, so hardness changes from one neighborhood to the next. We can test your water and talk through what actually helps, from flushing the water heater to softening.

Kitchen grease, hair, soap and wipes all do the same thing in the end. We clear the stoppage, and when a drain keeps backing up we look for the reason instead of just clearing it again.
Mature trees and older clay or cast-iron sewer pipe are a familiar combination in established Edmond and Oklahoma City neighborhoods. We repair and replace sewer lines and the water service line between the meter and the house.
Oklahoma’s red clay swells when it is wet and shrinks when it dries, and the lines under a slab move with it. When a leak shows up under the floor, we explain the choices plainly: open the slab and repair the spot, or reroute the line so it is out of the ground for good.

We find the cause, explain it in plain words and tell you what it will cost. If there is more than one sensible way to fix it, you will hear about each. Customers describe the pricing as fair and reasonable, and we intend to keep it that way.
